Mark is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) as certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). He believes in a holistic approach to Physical Therapy that is tailored to the patient’s needs and believes in empowering the patient by providing the education and tools necessary for long term success.
Mark has been in clinical practice since 2002. Having an Osteopathic background and with hundreds of hours of training, he has achieved the Washington State endorsement for Spinal Manipulation. He is a certified practitioner for the Osteopathic Technique: Fascial Distortion Model (FDM).
Mark is a founding member and former administrator of the group, Academy of Filipino-American Physical Therapists (AFAPT). He also serves as one of the board of directors for the American Fascial Distortion Model Association (AFDMA). In 2022, he published his first book titled, Flexibility and the Office Worker in the Cyber World.
Dr. Aaron Thompson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping individuals return to the activities they love through evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to care that emphasizes functional strength, movement quality, and long-term performance.
Aaron holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, where he completed clinical rotations in both outpatient and acute care settings. His treatment style integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to empower patients through every phase of recovery.
Prior to his career in physical therapy, Aaron spent over a decade as a maritime engineer and project manager. This unique background gives him a practical, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills—attributes that translate well to working with patients from all walks of life.
At Praxis PT, Aaron focuses on post-surgical rehab, pain management, fall prevention, and return-to-sport training. His goal is to optimize outcomes while creating a positive, collaborative rehab experience.
